1. FREESPOT Service

 FREESPOT is a service that provides a connection to the Internet for
 Wi-Fi-enabled devices.

 It uses the device's MAC address for authentication.

2. Terms of Use

 The user's consent is required through this consent agreement.
 When you pre-register, the FREESPOT service will send a password
 to your e-mail address.

 By entering that password on a password screen, your e-mail address
 and device's MAC address will be registered.

 The registration expires in 6 months.

 If you pre-register, it is deemed that you have consented to
 receiving occasional ads on an irregular basis at the
 registered e-mail address.

 The FREESPOT service has further restrictions and prohibited matters.

3. Restrictions

 The FREESPOT service does not provide unlimited Internet usage.

 There are restrictions on transmission speed, communication
 authorization protocols, etc.During use of the FREESPOT service,
 approximately every two hours a request screen appears in your
 browser with advertisements.

 This can cause errors in automatic browser operations.

 The authentication expiration period and time between advertisements
 may be changed by the FREESPOT service without notice.

 The advertisement screen is provided by advertising services
 partnered with the FREESPOT service.

 Please use the FREESPOT service with an understanding of
 these restrictions.

4. Prohibited Matters

 The FREESPOT service expects users to abide by the law.
 If illegal access or destructive behavior is detected, use of your
 device will be blocked and the relevant authorities contacted.

5. Privacy Policy

 The FREESPOT service records and stores the MAC address of
 the device (PC, games console, etc.) you use to access the service.

 The FREESPOT service records and stores the e-mail address you register.

 The recorded MAC address is used not only by the FREESPOT service,
 but is also supplied to partnering advertising services.

 The recorded e-mail address is used by the FREESPOT service, but
 with your consent is also supplied to partnering advertising services.

 The FREESPOT service may change partnering advertising services
 without notice.
